Summary: Use Grg AI responsibly and don't abuse it. Credits and paid plans pay for the models you use; specialist agents cost more. Code and content you generate are yours. AI can be wrong — review before you rely on it. The GrgCode desktop app runs on your machine with your approval, and you're responsible for what you approve.
By accessing or using Grg AI ("the Service") — the website at grg-ai.com and the GrgCode desktop application — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, signed-in or not.
Grg AI is an AI assistant and developer platform provided by Monescu Teodor. It routes your request to an appropriate AI model and can help you write, debug, explain and build software, documents and images. It includes:
Anonymous use: you may try the Service without an account, subject to rate limits; anonymous conversations are not saved.
Registered accounts: sign up with a valid email and a password of at least 6 characters, or with Google. You may be asked to verify your email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, and you must be at least 13 years old.
One account per person. Do not share your account or create multiple accounts to bypass limits or free allowances.
Usage is measured in credits, spent per message based on the model and the effort level you choose. Plans and allowances:
Premium models (e.g. Claude, GPT, Gemini) require a paid plan or wallet credits. Specialist agents cost more credits than normal chat because they use more resources, and are available on paid plans. Subscriptions auto-renew for the chosen period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, consumed credits and elapsed subscription time are non-refundable. Payments are handled by Stripe (card) and, optionally, nHash (crypto) — see the Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Security testing and dual-use topics are allowed for lawful, authorized and educational purposes; requests that are clearly intended to cause harm are not.
GrgCode acts on your own computer. It reads and writes files only in the folder you select, and file writes and shell commands require your approval before they run. You are responsible for the actions you approve and for reviewing changes before using them. The app may download and run external tools or dependencies at your direction; review what you install. GrgCode can download new versions of itself from grg-ai.com. It is provided on the same "as-is" basis as the rest of the Service.
No warranty of correctness. Responses and code are provided "as-is." AI can make mistakes, produce incorrect or insecure code, or give outdated information. Always review and test before relying on or deploying anything.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for any code or content you use, deploy, publish or distribute with the Service's help.
Ownership. Content generated in response to your prompts is yours to use for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, subject to these Terms and the model providers' terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. To generate responses, your requests are sent to third-party AI model providers as described there. By using the Service you consent to that processing.
Grg AI is an independent project provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, specific performance, or uninterrupted access to history or features, and we may suspend, modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian and EU law, Monescu Teodor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service, errors in AI-generated content, actions you approve in GrgCode, data loss, or security events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes we will notify registered users in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Account Settings; your data is permanently removed within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations, including GDPR. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brașov, Romania.
